I dedicate my &quot;WOD&quot; today to each of you - I would say it is appropriate as it definitely followed &quot;The hopper&quot; model. Rented a bike and just went without any prior knowledge of the terrain - turns out San Fran/Marin Headlands have some drastic elevation changes.
