The Schedule

1) Defined Intramurals. Sign up is done. We have 150 athletes joining us every Friday night for a massive CrossFit Games Throwdown. If you did not sign up, we will highly encourage you to show up and do the Open workouts with us from 7p to 9p. Contact with further questions. NOTE: Friday 6p & 7p classes are canceled for the next 5 weeks.

2) Movement & Injury Screens. Thursday, Feb. 21st. Physical Therapy Rx at Core PT,. Whether you are a novice or tenured Weightlifter, Powerlifter, and/or CrossFit Athlete, Core PT’s Physical Therapy Rx Program will help with movement limitations, injury prevention, and proper recovery. Schedule your free 20 min appointment here. 2) Lift & Learn. New member/athlete experience – March 2nd. If you have ever been curious about CrossFit and what it is (or isn’t), this class is for you! Details here.

3) Foundations Course – Our next program starts on Sunday, Mar. 17th. Contact Coach Cara to reserve your spot.

4) Shoulder Health Workshop: Sunday, Feb. 24th, 12:15pm to 1:30pm with Coach Noal and Physical Therapist Nick Barin. Only 6 slots available. Details here.

5) Personal Training Program. Our Defined Personal Training program allows athletes an opportunity to work one-on-one with our knowledgeable coaching team to refine or review specialty skills, general technique, and/or lifestyle practices. Details here.
