1) Defined Intramurals. Back by popular demand (and so Team Gold can redeem themselves), Defined is bringing back our weekly in-house throw-downs—and along with them, a sprinkle of healthy gym-wide competition. Details here.

2) Lift & Learn. New member/athlete experience – March 2nd. If you have ever been curious about CrossFit and what it is (or isn’t), this class is for you! Details here.

3) Foundations Course – Our next program starts on Sunday, Feb. 17th. Contact Coach Cara to reserve your spot.

4) Shoulder Health Workshop: Sunday, Feb. 24th, 12:15pm to 1:30pm with Coach Noal and Physical Therapist Nick Barin. Only 20 slots available. Details here.

5) Personal Training Program. Our Defined Personal Training program allows athletes an opportunity to work one-on-one with our knowledgeable coaching team to refine or review specialty skills, general technique, and/or lifestyle practices. Details here.
